- Human Resources - Denmark - Bagsværd As the Research & Development (R&D) area in Novo Nordisk is projected to grow significantly over the coming years, professional and efficient recruitment efforts are vital. In order to strengthen this we have decided to add extra resources to the area and look into how we can improve the process. We are therefore looking for a new recruitment partner, eager to participate in setting new standards for recruitment in R&D. About the department R&D Recruitment is a department in R&D People and Organisation that supports a growing global organisation employing 5000+ people of whom the vast majority work in Denmark – and the rest in USA, India and China. R&D is responsible for the full R&D value chain across all therapy areas in Novo Nordisk bringing innovative treatments to people with diabetes and other chronic diseases. R&D Recruitment is responsible for the recruitment process in the Danish organisation which is expected to grow significantly in the coming years. To be able to continue to recruit the best talents to R&D and to respond to the needs of the business, we are adding additional resources to the recruitment team. The job The job is not your usual recruitment partner job. You will be participating in setting new standards for recruitment in Novo Nordisk R&D by designing and implementing a new structure, standard and level of quality in the recruitment process. You will play a central part in the pilot project; in implementing the design and organisation of the ultimate recruitment process in close collaboration with line of business managers. In the project, you will also act as recruitment partner screening applications, conducting interviews and assessments and support the hiring managers through the whole process. As the implementation of the project requires a lot of different skills and competencies it is important that you are able to and comfortable with performing many different tasks, sometimes all at once. Flexibility and tolerance towards a fast changing working day are key concepts describing the essence of the daily work. Qualifications You are an experienced recruiter coming from a job in a similar HR function or consultant position. You have a relevant master’s degree within psychology, human resources or other and you are professional and passionate about working in the field of understanding and matching business needs with people skills and motivation. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with different assessment tools and you are a skilled interviewer. Personal profile As a person you possess a high level of energy, resilience and physical and mental capacity. You are out-going with an effortless ability to create relations and contacts at all levels in organisational life. You will be working independently but in strong alignment with the recruitment partner team and project members. You have a profound understanding of people and personality and at the same time a fearless yet empathic sparring ability with key stakeholders.
