Da vi indskriver flere børn på Ternen søger vi en ny lærer og en ny pædagog. Stillingerne er fuldtidsstillinger, og du vil som lærer skulle varetage primærlærerfunktion samt kontakt til hjemmene og andre samarbejdspartnere. Ternen er et skolebehandlingstilbud, der arbejder i en miljøterapeutisk referenceramme med afsæt i neuropædagogikken. Hverdagen på skolen er i høj grad præget af struktur og genkendelighed. Vi tilstræber en rolig hverdag, som, på trods af konflikter og problemer, er tryg og giver mulighed for udvikling – faglig såvel som social. Der er pt. indskrevet 20 elever i alderen 8 – 16 år. Vi søger en pædagog, som kan understøtte vores lærere i undervisningen af vore børn, og som har: - Undervisningserfaring i et eller flere af fagene: Dansk, Mat, Historie, Biologi, Geografi, Natur og Teknik, Fysik, idræt, Tysk og Fransk, Musik. - Erfaring i arbejdet indenfor specialområdet med udad reagerende børn og unge med socio-emotionelle vanskeligheder og neurologiske skader. - Godt overblik i pressede situationer og som er stabil, robust og omstillingsparat. - Lyst og mod til at arbejde med disse børn. - Faglige ambitioner samt gode samarbejdsevner. - Gode danskkundskaber samt IT på brugerniveau. - Evne til at fremstå tydelig grænsesættende for skabelse af tryghed.
