About the Department You will get an opportunity to join an international department with a high diversity of tasks within Novo Nordisk A/S. CLM QA is responsible for quality assurance and quality support for outsourced production activities worldwide. This can be in the form of contract manufacturing arrangements or via local production set up involving the Novo Nordisk affiliates. In our department we strive to improve the quality of our business and quality performance in collaboration with the external contract manufactures. CLM QA is a dynamic department with 20 people divided into 2 teams, one team for aseptic production and one team for tablet production. The Job You will get the opportunity to join a high performing and dedicated department characterised by a high level of professionalism, flexibility and helpfulness. You will be involved in day-to-day business processes and tasks within the department. The work will include a high degree of stakeholder interaction. In your role you will among others participate in department maintenance activities ei. update intranet, local folders, and department lean boards and support the two teams in internal project activities and daily operation. As part of the internship, the candidate will work with and be introduced to important areas of managing Contract Manufactures according to European GMP regulation. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about initiating and driving continuous improvements in an international environment. We expect candidates to be structured, service minded and comfortable managing your own time. Most of all, you are eager to contribute, learn and share your knowledge and ideas. You are fluent in English (both written and oral) and with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Knowledge about Share point is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite. You are an outgoing person with personal drive and dedication. You have professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. As a person you are result oriented, outgoing with and can bring a can-do attitude.. Practicalities Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.
