TRIPL is an innovative e-mobility product, offering new possibilities for energy-efficient goods transport in urban environments. You will be responsible for the further development and implementation of the electrical design, focusing on the 72V drive train. You will be joining a large, modern and growing Danish energy group, and you will have considerable influence on a vehicle with substantial market potential. 72V drive train You will be responsible for optimising the entire electrical design and performance of the 72V drive train, consisting of a BLDC hub motor, motor controller, Li-ion battery pack and BMS. Your aim is to secure a compliant electrical design with high-level documentation and validation. On your path, the first specific tasks will be: • Selection and implementation of e-engineering tools • Specification of components, quality measures and test methods • Testing and verification • Troubleshooting and implementation of design changes in production and after-sales service Your work is carried out in our technical department consisting of four engineers, and beyond your dedicated colleagues you will have access to supplier specialists and external experts. The 12V system also falls within your area of responsibility, and your projects may involve targets relating to cost optimisation and performance enhancement. Top of class power engineer We assume you are a top-of-the-class power engineer, preferably with some experience or, at least, high interest in lithium batteries. We also demand some experience with managing projects involving external consultants and knowledge of e-engineering tools (e.g. VERTEX, EPLAN). On a personal level, you are able to maintain the commitment of your stakeholders throughout an optimisation project or development process. Moreover, you are able to see the big picture and use your insight and skills to make a difference, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and creating successful solutions under pressure. Finally, working with innovation and development of green technology in the transport sector motivates you. The position involves travel activity abroad (approx. 20?30 days per year), so you must, as a minimum, be proficient in English. Experience with e-mobility is an advantage.
