You will have the responsibility for executing business-oriented IT programmes or projects with a high degree of business process management and change management. You will join the department of System Process Projects in Danfoss Drives. Drive process optimization As Process Consultant you are responsible for driving and managing process optimization projects and to support, maintain, and develop existing processes – from the definition of requirements to the final implementation on locations in Denmark and abroad. Therefore, your key tasks will be to analyse and optimize system processes and find innovative solutions and define, implement and anchor business processes in the organisation. You will document processes and monitor process compliance. Applying our standard project management methodology you contribute to the further development of the business-ensuring adherence to schedule and budgets. This includes assessing and managing risks and issues related to the overall scope of the project and lead your project team towards success. In this job you will face challenging and variable projects that has an impact on all organisational levels. Some travel activity can be expected. “Business people with IT knowledge” As a minimum you have a relevant educational background at bachelor level backed by solid IT project management experience. As such, your toolbox is loaded with all necessary tools to plan and drive change processes to the finish line. From prior employment in an international company in the industrial sector, you have obtained a good understanding of business flows and processes. You have good stakeholder management and negotiation skills and are used to apply your solid communication skills in a multicultural environment. You have a keen perception and a strong system knowledge, ideally SAP. On a more personal note you have an innovative mind-set and a catching, energetic nature which you use to motivate project participants to see the bigger picture and realise joint objectives. You are result-oriented and ambitious on behalf of your projects and you know how and when to delegate the tasks. You are a firm and capable decision maker but know when to compromise to benefit the end result. Your structured approach helps you to maintain the general overview at all times.
