Do you have a keen interest in the LEGO Group's products? And would you like to be part of the team responsible for creating the product graphics on all LEGO Models from start to finish? Join the Graphic Design Team We are looking for a Product Graphic Coordinator who will take part in the development process of graphics for one or more of our product lines and you will join a group of 35 dedicated graphic designers in Billund, Denmark, in the heart of the organisation where all LEGO Models sold worldwide are created. The coordination role Good stakeholder management and clear communication are key success criteria in coordination. Throughout the development of graphic design, you maintain a close cooperation with a vast variety of stakeholders who have influence or depend on the graphic deliverables. The stakeholders are both located internally and externally and count among others creative leads, model designers, project managers, other project coordinators and suppliers. It is your responsibility to engage proactively in the planning and dialogues necessary to ensure that the graphic designs can be created in time without compromising the right quality. To track the graphic design progress and deadlines throughout the year, you will be creating and updating various graphic overviews and time plans, mainly in Excel and InDesign. Further to this you also play an important part in providing weekly status on graphic design deliverables at project meetings and for use in the line organization. You are there as an important partner in the team, allowing the designers to focus on their key areas of responsibility.
