Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a complete HR tool box? Both hands-on and strategic approach to HR As our new Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a fully integrated member of the Nordic/Benelux/Baltics (NBB) Leadership Team, to support and drive the people and culture agenda together with the Leadership Team. The NBB organisation consists of approximately 150 employees spread across locations in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Belgium and Latvia and is part of our EMEA organisation, one of three market groups in the LEGO Group. Your role will more specifically be to: Deploy the global HR agenda in a regional context and drive the local agenda, on topics such as capability building, leadership/career development and talent management Secure execution, deployment and impact of HR core processes and ensure leaders and employees receive the best possible HR support from local HR service hubs Spar with leaders on organisational development and change management Assist in recruiting senior leaders Take part in global or EMEA wide HR Projects A multicultural and complex environment Working in the context of a multi country business unit and in a supportive team culture will provide you with both challenges and opportunities. Experienced HR Business Partner It is essential that you are culturally aware and adaptable. As a person, you are independent with a can-do attitude and a maturity to influence, convince and spar with senior leaders - you dare to challenge behaviours and past practices, yet you can still act as an integrator in a fast-paced environment. You are also personally open to change and able to lead change in the business. You are an outgoing networker with good communication skills and good at building relationships across borders.
