This job-position is in the PVE-production area, which is where PVG assemble some of the most important and advanced sub-components for the PVG-stacks. PVE's are mechatronic components used for advanced control of hydraulic valves and consist of software, hardware and mechanical parts. At the same time it is the area where we will experience the most changes in the years to come, in terms of new product launches. In this role you will be an integral part of the daily production support and be an essential contributor to facilitate best possible up-time on our production lines. You are expected to be responsive whenever a problem occurs in production, and support operators the best possible way. Some projects might need PT support and in these cases you may be involved with the integration of new manufacturing equipment and ensure new products can be produced. Other areas of responsibility: •Build and develop technical competencies needed •Drive continuous improvement activities in the area •Be a team player •Help and support when needed •Strive to improve quality in products and processes •Work according to guidelines and standards Some of the initial tasks in this job will be: •Overall production support •Driving small projects within the area •Working with quality status and improvement internal and external Your Background: •Production Engineer, Production Technician, or Other technical education •Experience working with electronic components, ESD and assembly lines •Ideally you have at least 3-5 years’ experience from an operational area or production plant. Personally you strive for perfection and continuous improvement. You have a quality-mindset, and used to work with mass-production. Commitment to the task or challenge is the key to your success. Efficiency is high, while still complying with all given standards and regulations. You are able to think out of the box and challenge the framework - while still accepting and working accordingly. It is essential that you can speak and write both Danish and English to succeed in this job.
