Then you might be our new Project Controller. About the department You will be part of a dynamic team developing and driving Financial Management in Device & Supply Chain Management (D&S), who is responsible of devices and the supply chain management across Product Supply including bringing new devices from Research & Development into production and to launch, efficient manufacturing of devices and needles and value chain optimization. You will interact in teamwork with your colleagues, and have a broad list of contacts throughout the organization. You will be seated in Bagsværd close to Contract & Local Manufacturing (CLM) and D&S Management, but is also expected to interact with local business units to drive results within your area of responsibility. The job As Project Controller, you will be involved in a broad variety of activities related to some of D&S’ largest projects in the coming years – especially within our CLM area. Your main objective will be to ensure a standardized and transparent controlling of cost in the projects supporting the Project Managers and Management in decision making and enabling a data driven project execution. You will be responsible for the monthly follow up process including assisting and challenging the Projects Managers in order to provide an updated and realistic estimate for the year. You will also be responsible for driving the budget process twice a year in strong collaboration with the Project Managers ensuring high data quality and timely submission. Furthermore, you will be involved in preparing the cost estimates at the early phases in the projects which requires understanding the business cases and the business. You will have a wide surface of contact and stakeholders, both within the CLM organization, towards other sites and reporting towards D&S Management. Qualifications You hold a background as MSc. Finance/Economics (cand.merc., cand.oecon., cand.polit or similar), and have a solid understanding of Financial Management backed with strong results and experience from a similar job. You like working with numbers, have excellent analytical skills, are an Excel and PowerPoint super-user and maybe you have experience with SAP. You work in a structured way and have a sharp eye for details. You can handle many tasks simultaneously, have a strong focus on quality and wants to deliver results. As a person you are ambitious, dedicated and a team-player. You have excellent communication skills and can easily interact with employees at all levels in the organization.
