About the department Customer Events & PR is a team within Global Marketing, responsible for planning and executing global customer engagement activities targeted Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) - such as international congresses, scientific meetings as well as our media events. With a changing relationship management environment in pharma, we are looking for a colleague who can join us through these changes and challenges, and still secure high impact interactions with the HCPs. The position is based in Copenhagen (Søborg), Denmark, reporting to the Global Marketing Director for Customer Events & PR. The job As part of the team, your main task will be to lead scientific meetings and congresses within diabetes and obesity in close collaboration with other functions in Novo Nordisk such as Medical Affairs, Corporate Communication and Brand Teams depending on the task. You are an experienced marketer and service provider to our medical affairs department and brand teams and liaise effectively with many stakeholders both inside and outside Novo Nordisk. You will work under tight deadlines and have to balance many different needs and opinions. You will also be expected to be on location for execution of an event, representing Novo Nordisk interacting with customers as well as competitors. Qualifications You hold a Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields and have 5-10 years professional working experience to match the job requirements. We are looking for an outstanding marketer who has documented experience in driving large projects and the ability to drive effective (internal & external) communication. Furthermore it is important that you can demonstrate experience and insights into balancing needs of various stakeholders.
