Would you like to take up the challenge to ramp up our new wind farm in Wind Power Operations? Join us and become Project Lead in our Site Ramp-up team, which is part of our Ways of Working department responsible for providing support in connection with new sites coming into operation – both management support, practical support and highly skilled technicians. You will provide project support to the Ramp-up team for them to execute on site. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Your key duties will be to provide regional managers with project support when developing new operational ideas develop the operational set-up for new sites together with the project manager from the Ramp-up team support the project manager from the Ramp-up team in relation to project planning and new concepts be responsible for developing new operational concepts together with relevant sites and departments in Operations develop the site implementation package and support the project manager during peak periods in the implementation of new sites. Your qualifications and core competences include that you have a degree in engineering or equivalent have experience in project management (PMI PMP/Prince2 etc.) have a solid theoretical and practical background within the operation of offshore wind farms are structured and organised and have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks speak and write English fluently.
