Besides PMO this area consists of Controls & Generators, Blades, Assembly & Towers, Global Sourcing, PEX and Global Quality. The PMO main areas of responsibility are; Project Portfolio, Project Quality, Processes and methodology as well as Training & Development. Responsibilities With this exciting opportunity in Vestas you will become an integral part of our PMO in the manufacturing area whose task it is to provide world class customer service to our internal customers across the organization as well as drive best practice, portfolio management, reporting, methodology and training & development towards our highly experienced Project Managers. One of the main tasks in this role is the direct support of projects as well as control and reporting of the entire project portfolio towards Management. You will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications Your background can be varied, you may have a relevant educational background but you may also have relevant experience or a desire to change direction in a job where impact is immediate It is a plus if you have some project experience Ms Project experience & solid Excel capabilities is an absolute plus Competencies To be successful in this role you are: Good at communication in English - both written and verbal Structured, engaged, flexible, helpful, collaborative and honest Able to thrive as part of a team but also capable to work independently Solid in general IT skills with MS Office knowledge; Excel and Ms Project experience will be highly regarded Driven with a "go get them" attitude and are up for a challenge, prepared for change and motivated by never quite knowing what tomorrow brings Great with people and you find joy in supporting / helping others in a fast and efficient way What we offer This job offers the right candidate the opportunity of becoming a determining factor in the continued development of the PMO as an attractive partner in manufacturing.
