Job ID: 143476 Location: Brande Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power Mode of employment: full time For our IT PLM & CAD department in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced Teamcenter NX application Manager. The main focus will be to participate in a large PLM Project at Siemens Wind Power where we have implemented Teamcenter and are transitioning to a NX Platform for CAx tools previously using Inventor and other Autodesk products. You will participate in a triangle of 3 important partners in Wind Power: The PLM Implementation project, our customers (mainly engineering R&D and Operational Engineering) and IT. You will be referring to the IT department and the tasks will always have an IT perspective to ensure operational excellence. We also expect the candidate to prepare long term planning for our NX software and align expectations for the various stakeholders to ensure the optimal setup in our CAx landscape. You will serve as the PLR (Product Lifecycle Responsible) for our NX applications, and will be responsible for the entire NX environment at SWP. We are working in a global environment and you will be collaborating with people globally. The team is very dynamic and we have a high pace in our normal work day. What are my responsibilities? · Form the Teamcenter NX Platform strategy at Siemens Wind Power · Identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt methods and techniques · Transfer of business requirements into functional specifications for changes in NX · Identification / creation of different solution options as well as giving guidance to the business during the design phase · Be the global lead NX architect in Siemens Wind Power IT for Teamcenter NX What do I need to qualify for this job? · You understand the datamodel in Teamcenter · You have knowledge about modeling principles and methodologies in NX CAD · You have knowledge about PLM processes · You have experience in the system architecture of Teamcenter NX · You have detailed knowledge about NX core functionalities You have obtained the skill set by participating in a large corporation with a big Teamcenter and NX deployment. We expect the applicant to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an NX Administrator or NX Teamcenter Architect with a high focus on the overall architecture of NX in a large global organization. You are able to communicate on all levels of the organization. Finally, you are an excellent and persuasive communicator and fluent in both spoken and written English. It will be relevant to have had experience in several CAD Authoring tools and PLM systems and knowledge about the System architecture of Teamcenter and NX.
