Siemens Service Wind Power’s customers have long term asset focus, as well as a very complex business model. To support this and with the aim to be a long term partner of our customers, we are looking for a strategic account manager to establish a strong long-term relationship with our customer(s), securing performance and focus, resulting in satisfied and loyal customers. As a strategic account manager you will thus be the One Point of Contact for selected customer(s) on a global scale. What are my responsibilities? As a strategic account manager you will be the main point of contact for selected customer(s). This includes: Overall responsible for strategic accounts within different parts of the service business. Establishing a common understanding with the customer of the way forward and mode of cooperation. Identify future business areas/solutions and products that are relevant for the strategic customer. Establishing, managing and ensuring KPIs, thereby ensuring Siemens focus on relevant topics to improve customer satisfaction. Aligning with and supporting Siemens subsidiaries in their customer management. Managing the customer relationship, and in this interface with customer management and other relevant levels. This includes support to our Sales, Operations and Technology departments in the communication and solution finding towards and with the customer. Help identify and meet customer requirements and ensure consistency across Siemens subsidiaries. Help the customer address issues and requirements, and ensure these are managed efficiently within Siemens. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a Master-degree or similar and several years of experience as a key account manager or the like where you have handled large-scale accounts. Your past experience has provided you with a solid technical understanding. Experience from working in the wind industry is advantageous but not a requirement. You are trustworthy and show consistency and credibility in your way of handling your daily tasks. You are able to handle complex issues, maintain the overall overview and focus on the essential parts. You excel in creating long-term relationships and know how to adapt to and interact with people at all levels of large multinational organizations. In relation to this you can demonstrate extensive English skills – both orally and in writing. 1-2 travelling days per week must be expected in this job.
