- Regulatory Affairs - Denmark - Søborg Would you like to be part of driving the cLEAN® strategy and managing improvement and compliance projects to improve key processes across VP areas and SVP areas in Regulatory Affairs? If so, you may be the person we are looking for. You will be located in the department Global Regulatory Operations Improvement Projects Team. You will be responsible for supporting the Corp. Vice President area Global Regulatory Operations by driving cross functional improvement and compliance projects. About the department Global Regulatory Operations is a CVP-area consisting of ~170 employees in Denmark and India. The CVP-area is responsible for regulatory operational activities from labelling development and management, publishing and submission activities, IT projects, support in Clinical Trail Applications and Project Management. The position Your primary task will be independently to drive improvement and compliance projects. The job offers frequent management interactions, leadership responsibility and can potentially have international reach. Your job will be to set the right direction for the projects and, at the same time, making sure that your projects are implemented and anchored in the organisation. The projects will vary in size and complexity but will have cross-organisational impact and can influence not only your colleagues in Denmark, but also Novo Nordisk affiliates across the globe. You will be responsible for ensuring that results are delivered according the project plans. In your role you need to involve relevant stakeholders and ensure timely communication. Communication and change management will be a natural part of your role before, during and after execution of projects. The job also requires you to act in the role of cLEAN® Partner and to drive the cLEAN® strategy within Global Regulatory Operations, ensuring ongoing initiatives are managed regarding KPI’s, performance boards, benefits realisation, process confirmation and continual improvement to support a lean working environment. You will be exposed to many different organisational units in and outside Regulatory Affairs in Denmark and globally. You will build a strong global network and be able to further develop your skills. We expect you to be an active part in the continuous development of both the department and Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master's Degree (Economics, Administration, Engineering or the like) with excellent results. Ideally you have at least 5 years of experience within project management, e.g. from a well-reputed consultancy. You have acquired solid experience of the principles of project management and hold a relevant qualification (Six Sigma, LEAN, Prince2, PMI or similar). Previously you have successfully managed complex projects and, as such, you are comfortable interacting with stakeholders at any organisational level and are used to working across organisational and geographical boundaries. Leading others in a project context comes naturally to you and you use your energy and understanding of other people to involve the right competences in the right processes and carry projects ideas through with success. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. In addition, you are ambitious and like to be challenged. You are analytical, structured and comfortable managing project teams. You master the classic LEAN tools such as process mapping current and future state, process confirmation, benefit realisation and establishing SMART KPIs.
