Description Sitecore is looking for a skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our EMEA Services team. The position is based in our Head Quarter office located centrally in Copenhagen close to Vesterport and the Central Station. The Training Manager will help implement the corporate training strategy to deliver our product training courses to our customers and partners across EMEA. They will be responsible for working with external stakeholders to facilitate training at Sitecore offices and other locations around the region. The Training Manager will manage the team of trainers and build their skills, performance, productivity and quality of training. Specific technical skills can be taught and are less important than the general traits listed below. Responsibilities •Design and facilitate trainer development plan?Ongoing technical improvements in C#, ASP.NET and other technical topics ?Organize knowledge sharing across training team ?Improve public speaking skills •Management of Trainers?Weekly 1:1s with trainers to provide coaching and goal setting. ?Respond to trainer feedback ?Develop train the trainer plan ?Support trainer education ?Evaluate trainer performance •Projects •Support new systems rollout (LMS, time tracking, coordination with finance, etc.) •Provide feedback on new courses •Support daily classroom issues?Sandbox configuration and troubleshooting ?Address issues with facility providers across EMEA ?“Whatever it takes” to make training go smoothly ?Coordinate with Training Coordinator on training and trainer scheduling Requirements •Proven working experience as a training manager •Track record in designing and executing successful training programs •Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) •Excellent communication and leadership skills •Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively •Strong report writing and record keeping ability •Good computer and database skills •BS degree in education, human resources or relevant field Sitecore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace, and is an affirmative action employer.
