To support this business we have developed a strong global position in supplying reactor internals for various hydro-treating processes which enhance the performance and efficiency of the customers’ refineries. We now offer a position as project manager for projects covering design, manufacturing and site installation of these internals. The project manager will be employed in the Project Management Department which is part of the Engineering Production Unit with approximately 500 employees in Denmark and India executing projects for our customers worldwide. The Project Management Department with 50 employees consists of project managers, planners and other support functions. As project manager you will work in close collaboration with colleagues in the dedicated design group, the Project Management Department and in the sales and marketing departments. Your responsibilities•Plan, report and budget projects •Serve as the customers’ primary contact •Negotiate agreements with our vendors and follow-up on their progress •Ensure daily coordination of resources •Ensure that lessons learned are utilized for future projects. You•Have a passion for project management •Have a systematic approach to problem solving •Feel the urgency of meeting deadlines •Are customer oriented •Want to work in a dynamic, consistently changing environment with many stake holders •Are able to keep many projects flowing at the same time •Have a large working capacity and a sense of humor. Qualifications You have a background as mechanical engineer – preferably with experience in project management. You understand the importance of having the customers in focus and building relations to stake holders.
