About the department We are looking for an experienced Quality Partner responsible for managing Quality activities within the RA CMC area in Regulatory Affairs. As Quality partner for RA CMC you will also join the Quality Management Group (QMG) in Regulatory Affairs and with other Quality Partners be involved improvement projects across the Regulatory Affairs organisation. The job This job is a unique opportunity to showcase your quality skills in a highly visible environment where you will have great impact and you will report directly to the RA CMC management team. You will be responsible for supporting and coaching the RA CMC area, ensuring that opportunities and issues for quality improvements are identified and addressed. In addition, you will be running the RA CMC management infoboard meetings, preparing and following up on the quality activity plan. You will also act as a non-compliance super user, coaching people in how to write ‘deviations’ and perform proper root cause analysis. This way we continuously strengthen the Quality and lean Mindset in the organisation. Qualifications You hold a relevant Master's Degree with excellent results. Ideally you have 3+ years of experience with Quality and/or lean and you are a proficient Project Manager. The perfect candidate for this role has a real passion for Quality including lean tools. You have great people and stakeholder management skills, you thrive at being part of a support function and you are motivated by driving change and improvements involving a lot of people at all organisational levels. You have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and you are result-oriented. Furthermore, you are independent, ambitious and like to be challenged.
