If so, you now have the opportunity to be part of a competent environment with ambitious colleagues in the Group Tax function in William Demant Holding. The position With reference to the Group Tax Director, your main tasks will be ensuring tax compliance, tax forecasting, accounting for income taxes in the Groups annual report as well as in local statutory accounts and preparation of tax returns. Further, you will prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and liaise with tax authorities as well as provide tax support to the group. When carrying out your tasks, you will work with colleagues in Group Tax, other head office functions, Finance Directors and/or Tax Managers at the Groups subsidiaries, external advisors, auditors and Tax Authorities. Furthermore, you will obtain an in depth understanding of William Demant’s business. The key to success is in many ways defined by implementing the right processes and methods. It is important that you have a good hands-on approach and are solution oriented. Travelling will be limited, but some travelling must be expected. Qualifications You hold a relevant master’s degree within finance or economics with excellent results. The job requires strong accounting, analytical and tax optimization skills combined with a structured, result-oriented approach. You have solid interpersonal and communication skills and you are able to deliver complex data in a structured and simple manner. You are a team player, take the initiative and have a high level of engagement. The right candidate has considerable experience and knowledge within taxation especially within tax accounting and reconciliations and you must be up to date with current legislation and regulations.
