As an employee in User Administration in IT Service and Support in Nordea, you will be a part of a Nordic UA organisation. Being a bank, Nordea has a high focus on security and you will be a part of managing parts of that on a daily basis. You will be a part of a Danish team responsible for supporting Nordeas employees mainly from Denmark on week days from 07.30 to 17.30. The User Administration is the point of contact for end users and is part of the request fulfilment process. The job also includes contacts with developers, 3rd level support and external vendors. The qualifications you need You are interested in IT Security field of business. Your strength is your great customer focus, service mind-set and integrity. Since we are a Nordic organization and our corporate language is English, it is important that you master English both verbally and in writing, but also the local language. If you have working experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Remedy and Knowledge about Nordea it is considered an advantage. You are familiar with ITIL framework Access management and Request fulfilment is known to you. Sometimes it is very hectic supporting Nordeas end-users, and it is therefore very important that you thrive in a busy work environment and do not lose sight in stressful situations. We expect you to be proactive and committed to creating results that add value to the bank. You are able to handle many parallel tasks and thrive with the diversity in the user administration tasks. New tasks are quickly learned and you are not afraid of asking for guidance. In Nordea our basis desktop platform is built on Microsoft technology with Windows 7, Office 2010, Lync, etc. and you must be familiar with Windows 7 and Office 2010 in large implementations.
