Feeling challenged by now? Read more! The team The Global IT team delivers business applications, core infrastructure and user workplaces across all business units in William Demant. You will be part of Business Solutions Delivery, which amongst other is responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications. BSD delivers IT solutions and technical assistance on a global scale and works with a wide range of Microsoft products and Microsoft technologies, including Biztalk, SQL Server, SharePoint and proprietary applications based on ASP .Net, WPF and C #. Your mission You will be working with front office and customer facing applications for companies and business units in the William Demant group. You will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the development team as the Scrum Master as well as be a mentor for the team members in utilizing Agile best practices. You will operate in an agile team environment using the Scrum method, working to deliver high-quality solutions in an iterative manner with continuous integration and automated testing. At the same time, you will gain a strong understanding of our business objectives and processes and be able to support the business Product Owner and work closely with many stakeholders in our business organization. Your profile We are looking for a self-motivated Scrum Master to support the development team; a person who is familiar and passionate about agile practices and processes. The Scrum Master is a member of the team who takes responsibility for developing and implementing the next generation digital web solutions within the WDH using Agile scrum practices. You are analytical, detail-oriented, result-driven and work well within team environments. You also have strong interpersonal skills as well as good client interaction skills. Ideal candidate Experience with delivering web solutions in a global/corporate environment Certain insight into technology and a high level of interest in leveraging technology to support business goals and growth Define - and continuously refine - how the team can measure effectiveness and productivity Ongoing Scrum/Agile coaching and mentorship for the development Facilitate all Scrum Activities as well as conducting release planning, sprint planning, product and sprint backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives and daily standups Work with Product Owner to maintain the Product Backlog and achieve the release plan Balance protecting your team from outside influences and randomization with getting the right thing done when necessary Ability to lead from behind - empower teams to take ownership of the their work and consistently improve You are service-minded and communicate easily with colleagues at all levels You have a positive approach and see opportunities rather than problems You like to understand business needs and establish strong relationship with business stakeholders You have an analytical and investigative mind, and you are rational You focus on usability and able to put yourself in the customer's place of use of the solution, generate new ideas, disseminate and communicate and provide a good user experience You are fluent in English We offer A job in a fast growing, international comp
