About the department Corporate Controlling & Strategic Finance is part of Corporate Financial Planning and is responsible for driving and consolidating financial processes at corporate level, such as budget and estimates, monthly management reporting and BSC. You will be part of a young and dynamic team consisting of 7 dedicated employees. We now look for a Senior Business Analyst who can bring relevant experience and insight to help us continue delivering superior business support and to drive our improvement initiatives in financial management of the global cost of goods sold. The job You will be responsible for the financial management of production costs where your primarily focus will be controlling of the production area and the reporting of global costs of goods sold in Novo Nordisk. You will support decision making by exploring the optimal allocation of financial resources within the business unit and manage the financial development by facilitate the budget process and provide analysis. You will drive improvement in reporting of cost of goods sold and ensure a high transparency in the gross margin development in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, in order to optimise the financial development and support decision making within your area of responsibility, you will drive and be involved in various projects and ad hoc analysis. Qualifications You have a degree within Finance or Auditing backed by at least 3-4 years of experience, preferable within production cost accounting or auditing. As Senior Business Analyst, it is expected that you have eye for details and demonstrate precision and accuracy in your daily operations, and that you are a skilled communicator with an ability to influence staff at various levels, including senior management.
