For our project management department we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with full responsibility for the Siemens cross-organizational projects of category A to C with the objective of execution within the defined targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. What are my responsibilities? ? Manage projects and bring about strategic decisions and assert them ? Actively collect information about the customer’s strategy, requirements and targets ? Manage customer expectations and translate these into the Company Internal Project Order (CIPO) as essential foundation for an internal project ? Set necessary measures to ensure a zero harm policy environment ? Clarify necessary practice to ensure compliance ? Develop and consider strategic targets for projects ? Present projects to relevant internal decision boards ? Secure involvement and collaboration by key stakeholders ? Identify/create additional opportunity assessments according to Siemens Project Management ? Regularly perform Project Status Meeting and lessons learned ? Ensure regular financial controlling and reporting ? Identify and minimize non-conformance costs ? Coach, mentor and train junior colleagues to achieve optimal results and take an interest in the further development of junior colleagues What do I need to qualify for this job? ? You hold a strong Project Management background with +5 years experience in NPI and Technology Transfer projects. Furthermore, experience with construction and infrastructure will be an advantage ? It is important that you have coaching skills as well as strong communication and interrelation skills ? You have a strong financial/commercial understanding as well as negotiation and diplomacy skills ? You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing and have great experience in working in a multicultural environment In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
