Denmark - Måløv Do you have the knowledge and experience it takes to break new land and develop the diabetes products of the future? If so, you have the opportunity to play a key role in CMC Diabetes Formulation Development in Måløv, Copenhagen. As the link between the research unit and the production we are responsible for developing formulation and processes for new diabetes products – all the way from early development to phase III clinical trials and registration. About the department We are organised in two formulation teams and a small group of product coordinators. The department has a total number of 37 persons. Team 1 is responsible for product, process development and biophysical characterisation of the protein formulation including clinical trial documentation. Team 2 is responsible for formulation development of non-clinical trial material and documentation of product development including GMP stability and clinical trial documentation. You will be part of one of the teams. The job You will be the driver of cross-organisational project deliverables in such as protein formulation product and process development and stability, which includes writing filing and clinical trial documentation. Together with your colleagues you contribute to the on-going optimisation of processes and systems with LEAN as the guiding light. You will both be a part of and work in a series of multidisciplinary project groups closely allied with Research, Non-clinical, Analytical, Regulatory, Quality and GMP production departments. When working cross-organisationally, you will represent the protein formulation field. The goal is clear: to develop the next generation of products for diabetes treatment. Qualifications You have a PhD within Pharmacy, Engineering of related field of study. Alternatively, you hold a M. Sc. within Pharmacy, Engineering of related field of study backed by a minimum of 5 years’ of practical experience within pharmaceutical R&D work and project coordination, including experience with regulatory and quality aspects of R&D projects. You have knowledge of protein/peptide formulations and process developments. As a person you possess drive and a positive mind-set, and you strive to be in a decision-making role.
