For our Order Management department within Supply Chain Management (SCM) in Brande, Denmark we are looking for an experienced Senior SCM Specialist to join the MU OF Segment Order Managers. In this role, you will be the key SCM liaison to MU OF Project Management What are my responsibilities? · You are empowered through E2E agreement with OF/P/TE to manage the project as entrepreneur and brings about strategic decisions and asserts them · Actively gather information on the internal customers and the customers’ strategies, requirements and targets · Manages internal customer expectations; identify / create additional opportunities out of the ongoing projects · Actively communicate with internal customers’ senior representatives and manage solving of issues · Regularly perform lessons learned activities and feed the results into own project and organization · At an early stage, inform customer, management and project team of deviations from project plan · Actively build relationships to internal customer representatives · Ensure proper ramp up and execution of SCM deliveries · Hold regular project status meetings and organize acceptance of milestone work results · Document all work results according to the valid standards · Identify and assess risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools · Hold and actively seek feedback (e.g. team members, managers, customers) · Facilitate and monitor effective team collaboration (e.g. via coaching) · Comply to internal and international rules (ZRG, AWV, INCOTERMS), Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management, Asset Management and Procurement Policy · Negotiate with stakeholders on Change Requests and incorporate them into plans · Ensure early identification, monitoring and management of risks and opportunities and early escalation · Devise suitable strategies for risk mitigation · Implement procedure to solve major issues with all necessary internal and external partners · Manage prioritization between projects also beyond scope of own projects/across all Offshore projects · Apply structured approach whenever prioritization between several projects is required · Prepare decision proposal for senior management proactively gathering, analyzing and consolidating all required information from stakeholders (shared responsibility with OF Portfolio function) · First escalation level for MU OF Segment Order Managers · First escalation level for MU OF Segment Order Managers What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree · You have a minimum 5 years of professional experience in the wind power industry or a comparable line of business · You have at least 5 years of experience in a leading position within Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Project Management · You thrive in a dynamic and international environment and have a good understanding of the advanced corporate business practices · As a person you possess strong negotiation and networking skills and you are an impactful communicator In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
