For our Master Data Maintenance & Governance team in Service Supply Chain we are looking for a Master Data Governance Specialist who can take the lead and facilitate all master data governance activities in cooperation with other members in the master data governance organization. What are my responsibilities? · Take the lead in all activities within the master data governance area (define business rules for master data attributes, data profiling, data cleansing; creation of business cases, facilitation of workshops, etc.) · Analyzing and identifying potential improvement areas for master data · New and further development of master data processes and tools to improve overall business performance · Implementation and documentation of business processes, IT tools, quick guides and work instructions within the master data area · Identification, creation and implementation of SCM master data quality KPIs. · Single-point-of-contact for master data governance issues within Supply Chain · Chairman and responsible for the monthly master data governance council meetings What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a degree in Business engineering or Business administration with 1-3 years of project management experience. · You are a key user / super user of SAP ERP and an experienced user of the MS Office application · You are fluent in English - both orally and in writing, and you possess excellent communication skills. As a result you can effectively persuade a varied group of people (end users, team leads & IT consultants) into collaborating and delivering business objectives · You have an analytical and structured mindset as well as a result- and quality-oriented approach to your work. Furthermore, you are a dedicated team player with strong problem solving and leadership skills. · You thrive and quickly find your position in a highly dynamic environment. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
