Become student assistant in our procurement unit and witness it first-hand! About the department Global Engineering Sourcing is the major procurement unit within Product Supply Business Support and facilitates investments within property, plants and equipment. Our department consists of approx. 20 employees from various backgrounds and is located in Bagsværd, Denmark. Our mission is to provide the best possible support to Product Supply’s investment projects. We do that by creating value through supplier relations and professional procurement, and by standardising and optimising business processes. Reaching our goals involves working in broad collaboration with national and international stakeholders, from project managers to executives throughout Novo Nordisk. The job You will support our department with a variety of administrative tasks, including archiving of contracts and project documentation, PowerPoint presentations, analysis (e.g. suppliers’ financial reports), website maintenance, proof reading, preparation and booking of meetings, and various additional ad-hoc assignments, mainly depending on the time you have available. You will share the job (approx. 15 hours per week) and workload with a second student assistant, and further tasks from other departments in Product Supply may arise. We are flexible in relation to your studies and exams, and similarly we expect flexibility from you when needed. Qualifications We strive for high quality and efficient execution of tasks and our current student assistants have set the bar high, which is why you are likely among the best in your class. You are studying International Business, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other relevant degree, on either Bachelor or Master level. You have excellent English skills, and you are a proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint or another website tool is an advantage but not a requirement. You have good communication and planning skills as well as an attention to detail. Furthermore, you are proactive and able to initiate and solve assignments independently and in a structured manner. To fit into our department, it is a plus if you are positive, open-minded, and goal oriented. Finally, you are available and planning to stay in the job for 2 year.
