Student Worker, Business Development, Bagsværd Are you interested in working with the commercialization of an emerging Bioenergy industry, to work on analysis leading to strategic recommendations, and to grow your business development skills? The Biomass Conversion Business Development team is looking for a talented, highly motivated student to take on a business analyst role where you will be working closely with a high performing global business development team. In Biomass Conversion we offer solutions to the market for converting biomass, such as agricultural residues, into biofuel used for transportation, e.g. fuel for cars. For nations worldwide biofuel is an opportunity to reduce the dependency on oil, and to create jobs in rural areas. You will be anchored in the Strategy & Marketing team working closely together with business development colleagues worldwide. Your tasks will primarily be related to: Analyzing market trends and dynamics within the industry. Estimate attractiveness of new markets, including market size and growth. Competitive intelligence. Providing support to deal execution of strategic partnerships. Business case development. Preparing presentations for internal and external use. Sample order handling. The required time commitment for this position is 15-20 hours per week, most likely split on 2-3 days at the office. In this position you need to have: You have likely just completed your Bachelor’s degree and are about to start studying for your Master’s degree at Copenhagen Business School, Technical University of Denmark or similar. Strong commercial mindset with a solid business understanding. You are highly ambitious with a strong academic background with spikes of top performance. Strong analytical skills and ability to consolidate key figures and build a sound business case. Structured problem solving and ability to quickly grasp key issues. Strong social and networking skills. Ability to work independently, but enjoy working as part of a team. Professionally spoken and written English. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
