About the department You will be part of a small business support team with 14 dedicated employees, located in Bagsværd. The department’s primary objective is to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy set out by management. This is achieved by driving a number of strategic projects across the area as well as providing strategic and data driven management support, for example in the form of various business cases, data analyses, different management reports and upper management presentations. The job As a student assistant in API Business Support, you will participate in various projects and task, always working closely together with one of our experienced analysts or project managers. Your primary responsibility will be related to maintain, optimise or develop tools in Excel. Other tasks may include data gathering & analysis as well as optimisation of data flows and processes. Qualifications You are a master degree student in Economics, Business Administration or other relevant background with excellent academic results. You have a high personal drive, are easy-going and service minded - and always eager to learn more. You have a high sense of detail and responsibility and always meet deadlines by approaching tasks in a structured and analytical way. High proficiency in Excel is a prerequisite and you should have a flair for designing data models that are well structured, easy to maintain and look visually appealing. Moreover you are familiar with Excel VBA, SQL and Access or have a desire to learn it. Finally, you are fluent in written and spoken English.
