About the department External Innovation & Stakeholder Relations creates value by securing access to external innovation supplementing our R&D pipeline, through commercial licensing, university collaboration and public private partnerships. Further we foster partnerships with academia to support talent attraction initiatives in R&D, including the company’s global R&D-based PhD and Post Doc programmes and are responsible for Novo Nordisk activities within research-, innovation-, and educational policy. We are currently 29 colleagues based in Bagsværd and Måløv. We work across the entire R&D organisation and have key stakeholders throughout the global Novo Nordisk organisation. The job As Personal Assistant to our Corporate Vice President (CVP) you will play an essential part in making the entire business area as success. The job covers a broad range of administrative tasks including contact to a great number of people internally as well as externally. You will be responsible for our CVP’s calendar and by that help to optimise his use of time. You will handle budget preparation and follow-up as well as expense reporting, purchasing of supplies and services. You will also have the chance to bring your communication skills into play while maintaining and providing support of webpages. Within your more classical administrative tasks you handle people administration, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, follow-up on action lists, book travels and the like. Across your tasks you work closely together with the CVP’s Executive Assistant and Management team and support the unit in general. Qualifications You have an education at minimum BA level probably with a business and/or communication degree as result. Combined with your overview and sense of urgency, your structured approach enables you to handle many different tasks at the same time while also caring for detail and accuracy. You take pride in delivering the best service and handling routine tasks and larger assignments with the same professionalism and a keen eye for details – e.g. the small “take note” mail to the project employees and the large project presentation to the management board. As you will be working in a fast paced, international team, it is crucial that you are able to stay focused and calm. You have good communication and networking skills, and you are used to working with PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs.
