It is an ever developing task in a fast paced environment. Spares & Tools Planning resides in the SCM department Supply Chain Planning (SCP). It is overall responsible for the operational planning of the Vestas service supply chain and as such one of the key players is the global team. We are looking for an energetic, well structured and theoretical well founded Supply Chain Analyst to join the Main Components Planning team. As the team is residing at the heart of the Vestas SCM functions and as such are involved in handling and analyzing a large amount of data and is engaged with many stakeholders across the globe, this gives the candidate excellent opportunity to get a deep insight in the SCM setup of an international company and achieve a positive impact on the overall targets. Responsibilities: Drive development of concepts and models for main components on global scale Planning and analyze resource requirements and risks on short and long term Master planning responsible for operational platform activities Support budget process via forecast, and ensure timely purchasing to level inventory Drive cross functional communication on main components inquiries between multible stake holders Participation in forecast consolidation of main components demand and supply across supply chain activities, incl. initiatives to drive out costs Drive the implementation of new policies within area of responsibility Support the business with ad hoc analysis concerning inventory & delivery Qualifications: M.Sc. or Bachelor degree in SCM, logistics or similar Solid experience with Microsoft Excel Experience with Microsoft Access is an advantage Experience with SAP is an advantage Competencies: Good communication skills in English Flexible regarding work hours (International stakeholders) A good team player Proactive and pragmatic and structured Extrovert Desire to work in an international environment across cultural borders What we offer: We offer the opportunity to join a multinational company with great prospects in regards to professional and personal development in a position which provides a thorough insight into the Vestas Service Supply Chain.
