For our Scada Software Development Team within the Technology Department we are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated team lead. What are my responsibilities? · You will lead a group of software developers and architects, who are driving the co-development of our SCADA platform · Your responsibility includes disciplinary leadership of software development teams located in Brande and Ballerup, and functional leadership of a team in Hamburg and Bangalore, IN. · You ensure that the deliverables of your employees are economically viable, technical state of the art and of high quality; meeting not only what the customer asks for, but what he wants. · You ensure proper information and communication with internal and external stakeholders, and define a joint prioritization of tasks at hand. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a background within agile software development and experience as product owner. · You have a track record with several years of experience in leading teams, with a hands-on, deliver-as-promised management style. · You have gained professional experience in an international business environment, ideally in the context of software engineering in an organization with a high focus on SW-quality. · You have gathered significant intercultural experience, and experience in cooperation / negotiating with international stakeholders. · You have excellent English skills, basic understanding Danish is an advantage. · Experience with C# .Net and Microsoft frameworks, JIRA and offshore software development is advantageous. · You are willing to travel. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
