The challenge This position requires close cooperation with many parts of the organization – not least with Operations Planning, Hillerød MFG, Global Engineering, Facilities, Quality and QC. You are therefore not only supporting the business, but proactively part of the team involved in the speedy realization of Biogen Idec’ goals. The Tech Transfer Liaison reports to the Associate Director, Warehouse & Planning – Position Summary: •Develop, manage, and drive project timelines for all activities required to manufacture commercial and clinical material on the assembly, label and pack lines in Hillerød. This includes project schedules for technical transfers, supply of components and drug, test and release of incoming goods, master data creation, capture planning master data, documentation, training, testing, and routine/non-routine facilities maintenance projects •Establish and manage project timelines and milestones, resources, and headcount within generally defined guidelines by identifying goals, tracking progress, and re-forecasting as necessary in conjunction with and program team liaison. •Plays role of project champion, drive issue resolution for project success, and report project status to project team and manager •Develop, manage, and drive project timelines for all activities required to assembly, label and pack finished goods at site Hillerød – including report of project status to project team and manager •Identify material demands and establish program success rates. •Identify process, equipment, and headcount bottlenecks with proposals for proactive capacity maximization, as well as identifying issues which could impede program success and design feasible contingency plans to resolve issues with regards to impact on timelines, resources, budget, and headcount •Facility the use of project management processes throughout the organization •Perform gap analysis on existing project management tools, propose new tools if applicable, and communicate best practices The ideal candidate •Hea
