About the department Anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply IT in Bagsværd, you will be part of an environment of in-depth knowledge of the processes, data and business drivers. The job As IT Solution Architect you will be our internal MES system advisor and subject matter expert of PAS-X, who supports Novo Nordisk’s production sites all over the world within our MES system. The aim is to render appropriate support that enables our factories to meet their targets. Therefore, your overall objective will be to develop, maintain and optimise the MES systems across our production processes, while making sure they are aligned with our overall global processes. Another very important aspect of your job will be to develop training material and arrange for PAS-X training in order to educate our super users and achieve best in class understanding and anchoring of the system in the organisation. To share best practice, knowhow and visions across our many sites, you must anticipate some weeks’ travelling to our production sites in Brazil, China, USA and France. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration, an MBA or a comparable theoretical ballast. This is topped with at least 7 years’ experience within IT & Automation from a GxP regulated production environment. Furthermore, you have been specialised within MES systems for at least 4 years. If you have been working with PAS-X in the pharmaceutical industry, it is absolutely an advantage - if not - we still welcome your application. Either way, you are able to set direction for the usage of MES systems and know exactly, how to identify and collect data and perform a structured analysis. You get thorough understanding of the organisation and a good grip of their needs for IT solutions, and you use your structured and analytical insight to develop excellent and accepted solutions.
