Vi søger en skoleleder, som med udgangspunkt i Ringsted Kommunes Børne- og ungepolitik og Søholmskolens værdier kan stå i spidsen for den pædagogiske udvikling og de forandringsprocesser, som følger implementeringen af folkeskolereformen. Søholmskolen er en velfungerende, traditionsrig og udviklingsorienteret 0. – 6. klasses skole med 183 elever. Skolen har 27 medarbejdere og en ledelse bestående af skoleleder og SFO leder. Vi søger en leder som med vilje, viden og gejst kan gå forrest i det daglige arbejde og kan tænke strategisk og visionært på den lange bane. Vores nye skoleleder formår at få personalets ressourcer i spil, så der skabes de bedste rammer for børn og voksne. Vores nye skoleleder er synlig og tydelig i dagligdagen og har gode kommunikationskompetencer.
