Want to make cost efficient and flexible Enterprise Architecture for a great European bank possible? The position we offer As a Mega Developer your primary role will be to develop and maintain the EA functionality needed by the Nordea Group, in close cooperation with other enterprise architects. This includes development of functionality in Mega Suite, EA Portal and other tools needed to support the development of the Enterprise Architecture capability in Nordea. Your job will be to: •Design system functionality needed by the EA Capability •Design Mega specific customisations •Develop and maintain system functionality needed by the EA Capability •Development and maintenance of Mega specific customisations We offer an interesting and demanding position where you will drive the long term design, development and maintenance needed EA functionality together with stakeholders around Nordea. You will be part of Nordea’s central Enterprise Architecture team setting up the architecture modelling standards and you will work closely with other architects across Nordea. We are part of establishing and maintaining a common view of Enterprise Architecture in Nordea. Our highly skilled Enterprise Architecture team is proactively supporting and guiding the development of Enterprise Architecture, IT strategies and key strategic architectures in Nordea. We are passionate about IT with a can-do attitude and committed to create customer-focused and innovative solutions as One Nordea Team with all stakeholders. Our team is cross Nordic and you should be prepared for some travelling between the Nordic countries. The qualifications you need The person we are looking for should be communicative, ambitious and highly experienced in the Mega Suite, design and development of EA functionality in general, and EA functionality in Mega in particular. We also expect that you: •Are an excellent System Designer and Developer •Are excellent in designing, developing and customizing in Mega and master all necessary techniques used in EA Functionality, i.e. #.Net, Vbscript, Java script, Java, HTML and Mega API’s •Have several years of work experience, in one or more of these areas •Speak and write English fluently •Have a high integrity, and you can communicate and co-operate in architectural issues across Nordea’s IT Areas and Service Providers as well as with executives and other architects. •Are service minded, result oriented and ambitious •Have a “can do” attitude taking driver seat and you can deliver results on time •Are persistent for driving changes Finally, we expect you to be both conceptual and pragmatic, and enjoy finding solutions to tough challenges. You are innovative and creative, and can work independently as well as together with others.
