Direktionssekretariatet er en central afdeling med kontakt til alle andre afdelinger og de valgte politikere. Du får 11 kollegaer, der løser meget forskellige opgaver. Eksempelvis laver vi dagsordener til de politiske udvalg, besvarer borgernes henvendelser, åbner kommunens post, sørger for informationer til borgere og kollegaer, sælger byggegrunde, laver vielsespapirer, udlejer boliger og meget andet. Kulturen i afdelingen er dynamisk og tonen er uhøjtidlig. Hvis du kan lide og leve med, at være i en afdeling, hvor der hele tiden er "fart over feltet", hvor man ikke altid ved, om man får lavet det, man har planlagt til dagen, hvor der er mange forskellige opgaver - hvis ja, så er det stillingen her du skal søge. Dine opgaver og ansvar Dine hovedopgaver vil være administrator/superbruger på kommunens elektroniske sags- og dokumenthåndteringssystem, som også indeholder et dagsordenssystem, der holder styr på alle vores møder og de sager, der behandles. Derudover vil du også skulle deltage i kommunens poståbning, journalisering m.m. En del af din tid vil gå med at vedligeholde og opdatere kommunens hjemmeside, samt tilsyn med støttet byggeri og overholdelse af datalovgivningen. Da afdelingen er ansvarlig for valg, og de specielle events, der er i Lemvig Kommune, vil du også blive en vigtig del af disse opgaver. Afdelingen får jævnligt tildelt ad hoc opgaver, som alle tager sin del af. Stillingen er på 37 timer. Vi forventer, at du har en relevant uddannelsesbaggrund – kontoruddannelse eller lignende. At du er god til at kommunikere i skrift og tale. Som person skal du både være selvstændig og ansvarlig, men også god til at samarbejde. Kort sagt, du skal være en grundig blæksprutte.
