Vordingborg Kommune søger med virkning fra 1. juni 2014 eller snarest derefter virksomhedskonsulenter til den aktive beskæftigelsesindsats. Arbejdsopgaver • Varetage opsøgende virksomhedskontakt • Opdyrke virksomhedsnetværk • Gennem samtale at motivere borgerne mod realistiske jobønsker • Matche borgernes kompetencer med virksomhedernes behov • Etablere virksomhedspraktikker, job med løntilskud samt ordinære jobs • Samarbejde med vejlederne i Jobcenteret, Vordingborg Kommunes beskæftigelsestilbud i Vordingborg, Præstø og Stege • Samarbejde med andre relevante institutioner • Varetage administrative arbejdsopgaver Faglig/personlig profil Vi lægger særlig vægt på, at du: • har en relevant uddannelse, kombineret med erfaring inden for beskæftigelsesområdet • har erfaring med virksomhedsopsøgende arbejde og har – eller er i stand til at opbygge - et relevant virksomhedsnetværk • er i stand til at rådgive og motivere borgerne • har flair for og lyst til administrativt arbejde, da dette udgør en vigtig del af arbejdet • er resultatorienteret, struktureret og selvstændig • har personlig gennemslagskraft • har en god social forståelse og empati • går til nye opgaver med positivitet og engagement Det er en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til Lov om en Aktiv Beskæftigelsesindsats, da den udgør fundamentet for vores arbejde. Stillingen kræver brug af egen bil, da der en del transport forbundet med jobbet. Arbejdssted: Skiftesporet, Nørregade 7, 4760 Vordingborg og Jobcenter Vordingborg Tiltrædelse: 1. juni, 2014 eller snarest derefter.
