For our Product Integrity (PI) Department at our global head office in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a Warranty Business Manager who will be responsible for validation of End of Warranty agreements. As a warranty business manager you will act as a link to the Warranty Managers with direct customer interface to the module program managers as well as our Finance Department. What are my responsibilities? · Coordinate the approval process/ status of the agreements · Report commercial impact of ongoing negotiations as well as agreed settlements · Sparring with the Warranty Managers · Validate End of Warranty agreements · Correct cost validations · Ensure warranty agreements are in line with accruals What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical education combined with minimum 5 years of professional experience in customer handling and management experience · You have the ability to understand contractual matters in detail and link this to commercial impact · You thrive in an international environment, and you are able to keep a high level of customer focus and quality orientation towards your assignments · You are result-oriented, proactive and open-minded to new approaches · You possess strong analytical and outstanding communication skills · You are fluent in English both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
