You know all things digital and how to design great experiences. Join us and use your skills to develop the future of LEGO® Toys. Design new ways of playing You will explore new play formulas by developing and launching never-seen-before LEGO® Experiences. You add your unique conceptualising and digital skills to agile cross-functional teams to: Develop radically new play concepts for mobile and tablets and help communicate them Keep the LEGO Brick at the core of new play that includes exciting digital dimensions Co-create high to low fidelity prototypes with children in either Unity or other game engines Help inspire the builders of tomorrow Working with physical and digital play experiences, you invent the toys of the future for children whose learning and creativity we continuously strive to inspire. Future Lab functions as a small start-up, and working out of LEGO Group HQ in Billund, you will focus on radical innovation. This is where you will translate the LEGO Promise of systematic creativity into irresistible and fun creative physical and digital play experiences. Conceptual time traveller who can return to tell us how to create a new play experience The challenge is to spot upcoming trends and technologies to invent the future of play. There are numerous ways into this position: You fly high conceptually and have a complete overview of the digital/tech landscape. Your knowledge of creating experiences (digitally or physically) for the past +4-6 years has taught you to put the consumer at the core of the experience flow. You have a Master degree in a design related field and must speak and write English effortlessly to be able to cooperate in our diverse international department. Experience in game design/prototyping, including GUI/UI design, knowledge of programming languages (C#, obj-c, etc) as well as tech and video knowledge. Any product design competences and digital development experience is a plus as is experience from the toy industry or having started up your own company. Designing for children, play knowledge, LEGO Building skills as well as presentation skills, visualisation/hand-sketching skills, communication skills are beneficial.
