On behalf of our client, Proffice are looking for a Finnish Speaking Sales and Customer Consultant. Our client is a market leading supplier of imprinted promotional products and business gifts. It is an international company with their headquarter located in Netherlands and sales offices throughout Europe.

The position:

For our clients Nordic team  we are in search of a Finnish speaking Sales & Customer Consultant who can provide the best service, sales and secure a  continued growth in the Nordic market. You get to be part of a strong Nordic sales team with dedicated colleagues of mixed nationalities, where you have to carry out the commercial contact with Finnish customers. You will be responsible for the entire sales process both internally, externally and all the administrative work. By using phone and e-mail, you create competentand good advisory and thereby create an excellent relationship with the customers.

Your profile:

As a person you are outgoing and friendly, and deeply committed to providing a good service and gets motivated by Sales. You work independently and structured, ability to meet your deadlines and have impact. You thrive in small sales offices, where there are an informal business environment and you are motivated – not only by your own success, but also by the team's success. It is important that you are willing to assist with ad hoc tasks, and you are not afraid of canvas calling.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Sales and customer support by phone and e-mail • Preparing and checking up on tenders • Registration,updating and monitoring of customer database via the CRM system • Quality assurance of customer orders and follow-up (after-sales call) • Efficient and professional handling of complaints by our satisfaction guarantee

Qualifications:

• You speak and write fluent Finnish • Youhave the ability to communicate in English • You have a natural sales talent • You manage to smile through the phone and identify the clients need • You are familiar with IT • You are a strong verbal communicator and possess excellent writing skills • You work structured and have the ability to independently follow tasks throughto completion • You are; flexible, outgoing, passionate and engaging
