You will be responsible for managing some of the most important projects across the site and have a direct impact on our future success. About the department Diabetes Finished Products is an organisational unit in Novo Nordisk Product Supply responsible for the manufacturing of a range of insulin products and launches of new products. Business Support, Project Office is responsible for managing and implementing a variety of projects from medium to high complexity across site Bagsværd. We are currently nine dedicated and professional colleagues who look forward to welcoming you on board. The position As Senior Project Manager you will prepare and oversee the execution of business critical IT related projects with budgets ranging from 1 to 50 mill. DKK. You spearhead and coordinate the projects, manage project teams and work package owners and ensure close cooperation with steering groups. You will be involved in every aspect of the projects, from project scope definition through coordination, delivery and implementation, and your responsibility will also include strict compliance with Novo Nordisk standards. Qualifications You hold an engineering degree or similar within IT or product engineering. On top of that, you are an excellent and experienced Project Manager with knowledge of how to operate in a GMP-regulated production environment with an intense focus on validation. As you will be coordinating many stakeholders, you will need solid managerial expertise including excellent cooperation and communication skills. To achieve success in this position, you must be highly self-motivated, able to maintain momentum and lead your projects safely across the finish line. Moreover, you appreciate working with colleagues in a dynamic and informal atmosphere. Finally, you will need the ability to coach, develop and motivate your project stakeholders.
