Take part in developing world class procurement The procurement organisation manages multiple billions of spend every year across the Novo Nordisk value chain. Through your work in our different procurement and finance functions you will contribute to optimise how the different business units get most value, quality and compliance for their money. Our Global Procurement Graduate Programme will develop your skills within category management, supplier strategies, negotiation, sourcing processes, procurement systems, finance as well as project- and change management. You will develop through training, access to senior mentors and a very steep learning curve. Consider our requirements To join the Global Procurement Graduate Programme you must have a master’s degree in a relevant field, for example within, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Engineering (business focus). You have an outstanding academic record and are in the top of your class. You have excellent analytical skills and are interested in sourcing, category management and supply chain. Also you can see yourself working closely with finance colleagues. You have no more than 1 year of work experience since finishing your studies and an excellent command of both spoken and written English.
