About the department We want to expand the management team and look into different opportunities for reorganise around the production support team in the department. Therefore this advertisement is not to an existing team but a future established team. The department consists of very engaged and dedicated employees. You will become part of Biopharm Mammalian Cell Production, which is organisationally part of Biopharm New Haemophilia Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. We carry out cultivation, recovery and purification of Biopharms new haemophilia products. The job You and your team’s objectives are to ensure that the team is performing according to schedule/plans and in compliance with GMP and corporate standards. You focus on enabling your team to deliver timely, and this also means that you support and participate in systematic problem solving. You continuously follow up on the team’s performance and manage board meetings to provide a complete overview and coordinate the tasks at hand. The job invites you to collaborate closely with the Management team as well as QA functions and department customers. In this job you can make a difference and not only realise your own leadership potential but also the Biopharm 2018 strategy. You report to the Head of Department. Qualifications You have a solid education in science, supplemented with experience in pharmaceutical production with one/several companies working in compliance with GMP requirements. Naturally, you take an interest in people management, and your CV mirrors a minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience. You know the value of earning trust and respect from colleagues, and you thrive in a role where you contribute with hands-on assistance when needed. In addition, you have experience with change management. You have a structured approach to your work and are capable of keeping a sense of perspective.
