Head of Market Insight and Business Development – Strategic Accounts, DK The position is placed in Novozymes' largest division Business Operations and, with reference to the global VP of Marketing, it covers all the cross industry functions in Global Marketing. As part of this position you will be part of the Marketing Leadership Team together with the industry heads in marketing. Your three main areas of responsibility will be: Strategic Office: Yearly Planning for the largest industries and ad hoc projects for marketing as well as regions. Global Market Insight: Management of +15 people in 3 teams working as research analysis representing each of the industries, located in Bangalore, India. Business Development - Strategic Accounts: Manage a global business development function to address potential for adjacent business with Novozymes' largest global strategic accounts. The job is located at HQ in Bagsvaerd, DK, but some travel should be expected with regards to projects and managing the team in Bangalore. In this position you need to have: A technical or commercial background (MSc) with +4 years of experience from management consulting, business development or similar Strong interest in biotech/enzyme technology, relevant industry knowledge is preferred but not required A structured approach to problem solving and the ability to sort key issues from all the other interesting questions An extrovert personality with drive, go-getter attitude and great networking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Are you the next Zymer in our team?
