Operations Manager Operations Manager Are you a skilled Electronics Engineer with extensive operational experience and would you like an opportunity to: •use your technical skills and project management capabilities to secure optimal new product introductions and design for cost? •take on an international position that will take you travelling for approximately 40-50 days per year – primarily in Asia? ?Help develop the sound of the future – join ICEpower You will become part of ICEpower, based in Kgs. Lyngby near Copenhagen. The company is owned by Bang & Olufsen and we develop and manufacture high performance Class D audio solutions for consumer, professional, automotive and mobile audio applications. Our customers and business partners include world renowned brands such as Bang & Olufsen, Asus, Bowers & Wilkins, RCF, TEAC, Rotel, D.A.S, Martin Logan, Fender and many more. Ensure timely delivery of new product launches You will become part of our dynamic Operations Team, and it will be your responsibility as Project Manager to ensure timely deliveries of Research and Development (R&D) projects. At the same time, you support R&D in securing design for cost (DFC), design for test (DFT) and design for manufacturing (DFM). Since our production takes place in Asia, you will collaborate with numerous international partners and stakeholders and a central challenge will be to secure alignment across countries. As part of this, you support day-to-day operations while managing the operations project plan for new R&D project and NPI phases. This also involves identifying, testing and implementing new cost saving initiatives for existing products as well as ensuring high quality documentation. Electronics Engineer with project management experience You are a skilled Electronics Engineer with at least 5 years of experience working with operational tasks within the global electronics manufacturing industry. In addition, you have worked with NPI and project management and you have experience with operational issues such as design for cost/manufacturing, bill of material tracking and production set-up. Finally, you speak and write English fluently. As a person, you are outgoing and with your excellent communication skills, you are able to collaborate – and establish good working relations – with international partners and colleagues. At the same time, you have solid commercial understanding and thrive in a hands-on learning environment.
