Join us and become Personal Assistant in our Wind Turbines department which is responsible for delivering the project management competences for our offshore wind projects and the technical solutions, concepts and methods within the wind turbines area in DONG Energy. Wind Turbines is part of Wind Power, which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area or in Skærbæk near Fredericia. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Personal Assistant in Wind Turbines, you will have a challenging and versatile position where you will solve varying tasks and support the Head of Wind Turbines and the Wind Turbines organisation with administrative and project-related tasks. You will handle the daily support to the Head of Wind Turbines and the Wind Turbines management team, and you will participate in the Wind Turbines management team meetings and activities. You will also coordinate contact to support functions within the business unit and cooperate with other cross-functional departments. Moreover, you will manage and execute internal projects within process optimisation and administrative tasks, and you will be responsible for ensuring that the administrative processes and procedures within Wind Turbines comply with corporate standards. You will also revise and prepare presentations and reporting material for internal and external use. In addition, you will be responsible for our internal webpage and ensure development and update of the information and documents. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: . support the Wind Turbines organisation with varying tasks and ad hoc tasks . plan and organise seminars, conferences and venues . coordinate and plan meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meetings and documents and follow up on issues after meetings as required . handle time registration, prepare travel schedules and travel expense reports for the Head of Wind Turbines . mentor and ensure the development of the office trainee in the department. Your profile You have a relevant higher educational background combined with experience from working as a personal assistant or a secretary in an international project organisation. You have an extrovert personality and are able to establish good relationships with your colleagues and other business partners. You must be persistent in your everyday work to get tasks and projects done and ensure that deadlines are kept. It is also important that you thrive in a job where you provide administrative support to your colleagues on a daily basis. Furthermore, you have organisational talent combined with a structured approach to your work. You value high-quality task performance and are able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely and effective manner. It is essential that you speak and write Danish and English fluently as we prepare most of our documentation in English and communicate extensively in English. Additionally, you are a super user of the Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have knowledge of SAP.
