Training end-users and participate in project activities In your new role, you will become part of the Customer Facing Applications team in DGS IT, Business Solutions Delivery. The team provides solutions within CRM, web and eCommerce to the WDH group. The delivery team for CRM consists of 10 business-development-driven colleagues at the head office, supporting and developing our sales companies worldwide. The team works on developing and improving the CRM-supported sales and marketing processes in WDH. You can look forward to some exciting and challenging tasks primarily training end users in the business and system processes. To this end, you plan, prepare, execute and follow up on training of processes and systems to end-users at all levels in our organization. Furthermore, you are expected to take part in testing CRM functionalities. The role involves interacting with numerous stakeholders, including the Agile CRM program team members, CRM responsible in our sales companies and CRM users at all levels in the organization. Solid interpersonal and communicative skills Your academic background is not a primary selection criterion for us. A degree in computer science, IT or Commerce is preferable. The position could be suited for a recently graduate with good flair for IT systems and solid knowledge of CRM systems. Moreover, we are looking for some key characteristics in our new CRM Trainer. You need to be able to work independently and understand the importance of accountability. Furthermore, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to communicate and present complex solutions both verbally and in writing. Lastly, no task is considered too small for you to handle. You can expect between 30 – 50 travel days annually. What do we offer?
