Location: Copenhagen, Denmark Field of Offer : Information and Communications Technology Requirements: 1.Technical University degree within Computer science or Telecommunication 2.Min. 4 years experience in similar managerial function within telecom or IT operations 3.Experienced team leader 4.Able to motivate and set KPI’s for team 5.Fluent in English and Danish 6.Comfortable with mobile RAN network, Core and OSS elements 7.Experience with annual budgeting Responsibilities: 1.Lead the back office team with motivation and support 2.Manage roll out of tested and approved releases throughout the whole network 3.Coordinate the 24/7 standby support from the back office engineers 4.Ensure the correct execution of processes, monitor the smooth function and initiate changes 5.Build and maintain excellent customer relationship and ensure highest customer satisfaction 6.Ensure reports on agreed KPI and SLA to be generated and updated 7.Responsible for security regulations and processes 8.Ensure level of technical skills in the team are up to date at all times 9.Responsible for records on the clients network, complaints, queries, performance reports, etc. We can offer you: A great opportunity to participate in building up a new team of skilled and motivated telecom engineers.
