Carlsberg Group CBS Business Analyst – BI Process driver in Supply Chain Do you have reporting experience from a role as Business Analyst using a major ERP system like SAP? Is it natural for you to think how information insights can support the business? Are you used to think in BI design and templates? And do you have strong experience in supporting Supply Chain activities and decisions? If yes, then this role offers you an opportunity to take Carlsberg’s BI capabilities to the next level within supply chain processes, driving adoption by users in the business and in the service organization. You will act as advisor and support the central supply chain functional team and supply chain organizations in Western Europe and directly towards local owners of supply chain. Business objective You will be part of a team of 6 people that supports and drives Carlsberg’s reporting templates and “Best Practice” within BI in Carlsberg’s Business Standardisation Program (BSP1). You will report to the BI Business Process Director. BSP1 is running over several years and will introduce common business processes supported by common a core SAP platform, feeding the BI landscape made of SAP BW and Microsoft BI. BSP1 is centered on a roll-out in Europe, but progressively you will also be involved in the BI Supply chain analysis at a global level. Your role Your main focus is to manage the BI offering for Supply Chain controlling and management reporting covering Planning, Production, Logistics and Procurement. You will work closely with the supply chain teams, business owners and IT. Thus, you will make great use of your experience in directly supporting a business with analyses and reporting coupled with your interest in information structures and data flows. Some of your tasks will be to: •Ensure a consistent BI “template” composed of primarily standard reports and to a lesser degree tailored reports for local countries. •Support Carlsberg Central Supply Chain organization in defining and establishing standard reporting packages, from top level KPIs to operational reports to be used across Western Europe. •Use your business and finance understanding to define the most suitable design with the technical IT BI experts, who are responsible for deliveries. •Accompany the growing number of countries joining the BI solution and support their key business representatives in solving functional or design issues. •Promote a BI Supply Chain community across HQ, local countries and the service organization. •Ensure adoption of BI tools and processes by local countries and Group functions, through adapted training and communication, based on continuously improved materials. Your profile We are looking for a business oriented, adaptive, and proactive person, who is able to act and make decisions autonomously. You thrive in an international environment, and can facilitate workshops and training sessions. In your communication, you present yourself with personal power and action orientation. Within your team, you present yourself as knowledge-sharing, engaged and motivated to make a difference. Furthermore your experience includes: •More than 5 years of experience from a Business Analyst role, where you have supported production and logistics functions with business cases, reports and / or controlling. You have a good understanding of standard efficiency measures. •Academic credentials on Bachelor or Master level in Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering. •Industry experience from a manufacturing or logistics company, with good understanding of Supply Chain enabling you to combine BI knowledge with a business’ whole value chain. Experience on super user level working with BI tools, preferably with SAP BW / Microsoft BI, and strong Excel skills •Strong interest in how the information is structured and flows from the supply chain processes to BI. •High analytical capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills. •Strong En
